Reporting a problem
If you have found an error, something out of date, or a passage that does not read clearly, note which page and which paragraph and write in. Those reports are handled through the process in the editorial policy: confirm, correct, and log it in corrections.
What makes a report easy to act on
These details make the difference:
- The page address, pasting the URL is more precise than describing "the one about withdrawals";
- Which sentence — a short quote of the original;
- What you believe is correct, and on what basis: a link to the exchange's own page is ideal;
- When you saw it: platform rules change, so a date helps us tell whether we were wrong or the rule moved.
Things we cannot do for you
Worth stating now, so nobody spends time waiting for an answer that is not coming:
- Recover funds. A wrong address, a wrong chain, a frozen account — only the relevant platform's official support can act on those. We have neither the channel nor the authority;
- Expedite a review. Identity verification and ticket handling happen inside the platform; there is no outside entrance;
- Give personalised investment or tax advice. We do not know your situation, and it is not what this site does;
- Operate an account on your behalf. Under no circumstances will we ask for your account details, verification codes, private key or recovery phrase.

Anyone approaching you in the name of HUIVORA or its author and making such requests is an impersonator, ignore them. HUIVORA is run by an independent team, is not affiliated with any exchange, and does not handle user matters on any exchange's behalf.
