About HUIVORA, and who writes it
Who writes this site, why, how the pen name works, and the things we deliberately do not do.
What this site does
HUIVORA covers one thing: what to do when the platform holding your crypto runs into trouble, and how to get the assets somewhere else safely. Reading a delisting notice, choosing a withdrawal chain, dealing with a restricted account, reconciling once it lands, every step on that road.
Why only that? Because it is one of the problems that recurs most in crypto and has some of the thinnest coverage. Search for how to buy Bitcoin and there are thousands of articles. Search for what to do first when your coin has been delisted and you get a handful of pages copying each other. That gap is wide.
Who writes it
"Lu Ye" is a pen name, not a real one. Worth saying up front, because plenty of sites leave that vague.
We are not going to invent credentials to lend the content authority: no decade of industry experience, no former engineer at some exchange, no titles of any kind. The reason for a pen name is mundane: this site is meant to run for a long time and needs a stable byline, but we would rather not tie a personal identity to crypto writing.
So why trust what is here? Our answer is: do not trust it because of a name. Trust it because it can be checked. Which is why the site does several specific things:
- Anything a platform can change — rates, limits, rules: is written as a range and a direction, with the month it was checked and a pointer to where the current figure lives;
- Where a real screenshot of a public page can illustrate something, we use one, captioned with the month it was taken;
- Tool pages state plainly whether their data is a hand-kept snapshot or live, without hedging;
- When we get something wrong we fix it and log it in corrections.
What this site does not do
- No investment advice. Nothing here recommends buying anything, predicts a price, or forecasts a return;
- No custody of anyone's funds. There is no wallet, no account system, and we receive no transfers;
- Not an exchange, and not affiliated with one. Brand marks appearing on the site indicate what is being described, not who we represent;
- No inside information. Anyone claiming a channel, an expedited route or a recovery service is not telling the truth, including anyone claiming to be from this site;
- No analytics. There is no tracking or measurement code anywhere here; see privacy.
How it pays for itself
The site carries exchange referral links, and if you sign up through one we may receive a commission. It does not cost you more. The full account is on the disclosure page, including the boundaries we set ourselves — such as why most articles contain no referral link at all.
How the content gets made
Topics start from questions people actually search. Facts defer to the exchanges' own public pages. Anything that can change carries a check date and a pointer to the live source. AI assistance is used in the writing process, but every piece is structured, judged and read line by line by a person. We say so openly; the boundaries are in editorial policy.
Telling us something is wrong
Errors, stale information, anything written unclearly, all welcome. Contact details are here. Where a point stands up we will change it, and record the change in the corrections log.
Risk notice: crypto prices move violently and you can lose everything you put in; holding assets on any centralised platform carries that platform's own business and compliance risk. Everything here is for information only and is not investment, legal or tax advice. Some jurisdictions place additional restrictions on holding and trading crypto assets, check what applies where you are.
