Risk notice and disclaimer

The risks in crypto, the fact that rules differ by jurisdiction, and where the limits of this site are.

HUIVORA editorial desk · Updated 2026-08-29

The heaviest sentence goes first: crypto prices move violently and you can lose everything you put in. No asset, no platform and no method removes that. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

What kind of content this is

HUIVORA writes operational information: how to read a notice, how to choose a withdrawal chain, what the different kinds of account restriction are. It answers "how is this step done", not "should I buy this" or "when should I sell".

Everything is compiled from public information available at the time of writing. We label check dates and point at verifiable sources wherever we can, but we do not warrant that any of it is still accurate when you read it. Platform rules, fees, limits and regional policies can change at any time, and usually without anybody telling you.

The risks in crypto assets

Differences between jurisdictions

Some jurisdictions place additional restrictions on holding, trading or promoting crypto assets. The rules differ from place to place and change frequently. This site does not target any particular jurisdiction and does not assess whether a given action is lawful or compliant where you are.

Before acting, find out what currently applies where you live. For questions of tax, reporting or legal liability, consult a professional in your own jurisdiction. We deliberately do not publish country-by-country lists: such lists go stale, and stale compliance information is worse than none.

What this does not constitute

Nothing here constitutes, or should be read as, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer, or an invitation to make an offer. We do not know your financial position, your tolerance for risk or the specific rules where you live, so we cannot and will not give advice tailored to you.

Any decision you make on the basis of this material is your own responsibility.

Third parties and outbound links

The site links to exchanges' official pages, block explorers and other external resources so you can verify things yourself. Those sites' content, availability and policies are their own, unrelated to us, and we cannot warrant that what you find there is accurate.

The site carries referral links; the details are on the disclosure page.

One note about fraud

This site never initiates contact with anyone. We do not ask for account details, verification codes, private keys or recovery phrases, we do not ask you to send funds to any address, and we do not offer fund recovery, expedited review or any form of agency service. Anyone approaching you in the name of this site or its author making such requests is an impersonator.

These approaches typically arrive right after you have asked for help somewhere public. Reach us only through the methods on the contact page.

Precedence and updates

Where this page conflicts with anything elsewhere on the site, this page governs. We may update it at any time, and material changes are recorded in corrections. Current version updated 2026-08-29.
